Pupil Privacy Statement
As an organisation we are registered with the Information Commissioner's Officer, registration number Z7398318 and under new General Data Protection Regulations we are required to inform you how we use the information we hold with regard to our pupils.

As part of the contract Cheshire West and Chester Council have with Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust to deliver the 0-19 years Starting Well Service. The Council provides School Census data to CWP to enable them to offer these services to our pupils. An information sharing agreement has been put in place between CWAC and CWP along with a privacy notice. Both are available by clicking on the links below.
