About Autism Parents Support is a local support group run by a local mum who has a child with ASD. They will be hosting the Wirral’s first ever Autism conference at the Floral Pavillion on Saturday, 15th October for parents, carers and professionals to come along to.
It will include an exhibition area and a number of guest speakers including Autism Together, Anna Kennedy, Sharon King and Alex Lowery.

25TH OCTOBER 2016-Liverpool Tate – Creative Studio Autism Friendly
After the last great success of the Clay Building Workshop at Liverpool Tate, their next session which will be taking place on Tuesday, 25th October during the school 1/2 term holidays.
This workshop is all things Creative and will be a hands on session exploring materials that you can push, pull, float, stack, drag and drip.
The session is complete with a quiet break-out session and aimed at children with an Autism Spectrum diagnosis or social communication difficulties and their siblings and they are completely FREE to attend!
There are 2 sessions on the day at 11:00 – 12:30pm and 1:30 – 3:00pm.

7th November 2016- Kidz to Adultz North!-
On Thursday, 7th November at Event City in Manchester will be the next Kidz to Adultz Up North Exhibition; it is completely free to attend and dedicated to children and young adults with disabilities and additional needs, their families and carers/professionals who work with them.
There are over 100 exhibitors offering advice and information on funding, mobility, beds, communication, sensory, leisure and much much more!
Alongside the exhibitors there are lots of topical seminars for parents and professionals covering a variety of topics such as moving and handling, sleep issues, continence issues, finance and budgets, legal advice and many more!
