Welcome back, Hope you all had a good Half Term.
NAS Sensory Workshop-Hartford 30th April 2015
On Thursday, 30th April in St Johns Church in Hartford there will be a Sensory Needs workshop running for parents of children with ASD; this workshop is free however a £5 voluntary donation towards the running costs is appreciated.
This seminar is about finding out more information about sensory difficulties, an introduction to the sensory systems and potential differences in sensory processing. Email me for further details and how to book yourself a space. karen.williams@hinderton.cheshire.sch.uk
Autism Friendly Cinema Screenings
These cinema screenings differ slightly from your regular cinema visit; the lights are slightly higher, the sound slightly lower, there are no adverts before the film as it goes straight to feature and if your child decides to change seats or tell you exactly how much they are enjoying the film then this is fine too as you won’t be asked to be quiet or remain seated.
Odeon Bromborough will be showing Home (2D) on Sunday, 15th March at 11:30am.
Light Cinema New Brighton will next be showing Paddington on Sunday, 8th March at 10:30am for just £3 per ticket!
Have a good week.
