The National Autistic Society are hosting a TOO MUCH INFORMATION- Autism awareness session.
The session encourages people to see things from the perspective of an autistic person and to challenge myths and misconceptions.

Workshops include: Mindfulness, coping with stress, hand reflexology and more or you are able to use the hotel facilities pool and spa.
