Autism Friendly Cinema Screenings
Autism friendly screening of a children’s movies; This months screenings are:
Odeon, Bromborough – will be showing Star Wars: The Force Awakens on Sunday, 24th January at 11:30am.
Vue Cinema, Birkenhead & Cheshire Oaks will be showing Hotel Transylvania 2 on Sunday, 31st January from just £1.99 a ticket!
Autism Friendly Performances at The Lowry, Salford
The Lowry in Manchester host Autism Friendly stage show performances for the whole family; the relaxed performances are for anyone, but particularly those that may find the usual theatre environment challenging. These performances have been slightly adapted to make the experience much more enjoyable for people with autism and you will be able to come and go as you please if you need a few moments to yourself.
Their next performance will be Roald Dahl’s The Witches on Wednesday, 23rd March at 2:00pm, tickets and further details can be found on the link below:
Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet have been working in partnership with the local charity Autism Together and their team of specialists, to develop a number of helpful resources for individuals with autism and their parents/ carers which will be in practice throughout the evening.
Autism Alert cards will also be available and can be collected from our Visitor Information Centre located near to the GAP Outlet store.
