Happy New Year!

Welcome back to a fresh new year and the start of a new term for us; we hope you all had a fantastic Christmas and a very happy New Year! This term, our topic is 'People', and are already learning lots about the different people who help us, and looking at places that people live and work in our local area. We really enjoyed playing a 'volleyball' game with balloons in PE, and in Art we've been having loads of fun mixing colours and painting with many different tools. In English we are looking at a range of information books, and finding out how to use them to research things that interest us. Also in maths lessons, we have been using dice to help us add and take away.. we're super mathematicians now in Green Class! We've even celebrated the first class birthday of the year, what a fantastic start to 2015 :)
