Queen's 90th Tea Party

Last Friday, Green Class joined other children from across Key Stage 2 in a day of fun and learning about the British monarchy, who Queen Elizabeth II is and exploring her history and family tree. We ended the day with a tea part in honour of the Queen's 90th birthday! The children had all helped throughout the day to make cakes and sandwiches, which we enjoyed in true British style! We also played games and enjoyed a dance with our friends. The children then got the opportunity to watch the Queen's actual tea party at Windsor Castle on a big screen.. it was lots of fun!
