We hope you all had a great summer. All the children settled into their new class really well. They have enjoyed exploring their new classroom and getting to know the adults.

The topic for this term is 'Journeys'. The book we are reading the next couple of weeks is called 'The Journey Home from Grandpa's'. In Design Technology on Friday, the children joined materials together to make a car. They made choices for the colour of their car, they tore tissue paper into small pieces and then stuck paper and shapes down using glue. We will be making more vehicles for a class display about 'Journeys'.
