The children listened to the story of Lucy and Tom at the Seaside and discussed the colours and textures of the sand, the sea and the sky. In art they created their very own seaside scene. They added sand, glitter and foam to their paint to create a textured effect when they painted their seaside scenes. They then added cotton wool clouds and a cartoon picture of themselves playing in the 'sand'.
