Blackbeard the Pirate.

Yellow Class has been hearing all about Edward "Blackbeard" Teach (1680-1718). They heard how he lived a long time ago and was born in England. How he plundered ships traveling to and from the American colonies, as well as vessels in the Caribbean Sea in his flagship The Queen Anne's revenge. Although Blackbeard's reign of terror lasted only two years, he became one of the best known pirates in all of history. Yellow Class had great fun making an image in his likeness.
