Horse Riding

Some of the pupils were lucky enough to experience horse riding lessons during the Autumn term. The children rode on horses called Laa Laa, Rabbit, Dandy and Darcy. The riding center provided experienced trainers and lots of volunteer side walkers to make sure the children stayed safe. Each week the children trotted around the arena on their horses and steered them in and out of cones and around strategically placed objects. When the weather was nice, the children were lucky enough to ride along a private country lane. Everyone had a wonderful time. The riding will start again in the Spring term with another group of riders.
