Hi everyone, we are reading the traditional tale of The Three Little pigs in English and have been enjoying joining in with the repetitive verses of the story. For example saying "Little pig, little pig let me in" in our big bad wolfs voice and "No, no, no, not by the hair of my chinny, chin, chin" in our little pigs voices.
In drama, we have been dressing up as the characters and re-enacting the story. The wolf had great fun trying to blow the three houses down and chasing the three little pigs about. Thankfully, they all escaped!
In design technology, we made our own collage versions of the characters and the three houses using lots of different textured materials for characters and the straw, stick and brick houses.
